Brian Hooper

Brian performs his original songs along with music from artists like The Beatles, Billy Joel, Eric Clapton, Police, Sting and U2, as well as jazz, standards and love songs. Additionally, he teaches voice training and English pronunciation to Japanese singers.

Born and raised in the Detroit Michigan area, Brian moved to the Los Angeles area where he lived most of his life. In Los Angeles Brian worked for about 18 years at the Roland Corporation, makers of professional electronic musical instruments like keyboards, digital recorders, guitar and drum products. This experience allowed Brian to refine his recording skills and utilization of leading edge technologies for making today's music.

In November of 2005, Brian moved to Japan where he currently resides. He is now living and performing in the Tokyo/Yokohama area.
